Return Process

  Before initiating a return, please double-check your dishwasher's model number against the part received to ensure the item is in its original, uninstalled condition.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for our warehouse.

  Package Securely

  Place the part in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Send the package using a carrier of your choice and provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor the shipment and expedite your refund upon arrival.
